OUR MISSION
The WWII Veterans History Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission to give the past a future, one story at a time. We’re dedicated to educating and inspiring future generations to better appreciate the sacrifices made by the greatest generation through documentary films, traveling museum exhibitions, and educational programs.
VETERAN INTERVIEWS
Over the past seven years, we’ve traveled across the United States and the world, capturing untold stories of service and sacrifice. Our interviews with WWII veterans have resulted in the production of dozens of documentary films, preserving their memories for generations to come.
TRAVELING MUSEUM
The Traveling Museum of WWII is not just a museum, it’s an experience. Our exhibits allow people to come in contact with actual pieces of history from nearly 80 years ago and learn the stories behind each item.
EDUCATION
We’re on a mission to ensure history isn’t forgotten by future generations. Our educational programs have changed how history is taught in schools, created new interactive curriculum for students, and worked to educate and inspire future world leaders to better appreciate and understand the past.
